We are excited to announce that the social event for IEEE IOLTS 2025 will be a guided visit to the iconic Aragonese Castle of Ischia, followed by an aperitif at IL MONASTERO.
Aragonese Castle of Ischia is a historic fortress rising from a volcanic islet connected to Ischia by an ancient stone bridge. It offers a fascinating journey through centuries of history, culture, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Expert guides will lead the visit and share the castle’s rich stories and secrets—from its ancient origins to its role in the island’s defense and its transformation into a cultural landmark.
The visit will conclude with a special aperitif as the sun sets over the sea at IL MONASTERO, a unique venue set within the castle itself. Perched above the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, IL MONASTERO offers breathtaking panoramic views, blending history, beauty, and local flavors into a truly unforgettable experience.
